Tracy was credentialed as an ACC in November 2023. Optymum Potential was founded in 2020. By 2023, Tracy coached over 130 people, with 100+ from the Albany Catholic Diocese.
With 25+ years an an Organizational Leader and certified in Emotional Intelligence, Tracy Solarek's philosophy is very simple: When employees feel seen, heard, and valued, they are more likely to contribute to their organization and less likely to leave. Tracy teaches the five composites of Emotional Intelligence in her keynote and workshops.
