Biography
I'm a certified coach who's worked with people from all stages and walks of life, serving as a "guide on the side" as they figure out what's next for them and how to best move forward. I'm a native of Halfmoon, NY -- a Saratoga-Warren BOCES and Shenendehowa High School grad, a daughter of a nurse and a school janitor, one of four sisters, and a proud auntie to many nieces and nephews. I'm a SUNY Brockport, American University, and Virginia Tech alum, and I received my coaching training from the Co-Active Training Institute. I'm also active in my Unitarian Universalist faith community, where I volunteer as a worship associate.
