Ann Betz is the co-founder of and Director of Research and learning for BEabove Leadership. She is considered a true thought leader in the area of coaching, neuroscience and also trauma. She is a prolific writer who has numerous books, runs two blogs and writes for many coaching publications. Sh e has written the definitive book on the neuroscience of the ICF  competencies, as well as a book on uy and consulted with the ICF for many years. Ann was also faculty member and neuroscience consultant to The Coaches Training Institute (CTI).

Ann teaches neuroscience to experienced coaches through her own organization and also in partnership with Coaching.com. She has been a certified professional coach for over 20 years, and is also a published poet, using her understanding of the brain and consciousness to bring to life the wonders of the human soul.

Ann lives in Santa Fe, New Mexico with her six (yes six!) highly entertaining cats.
