After being told to sit down and be quiet during my childhood, I now stand up and lead, motivate, coach, and train in a natural and engaged way. This has led to public relations, marketing and business development roles across various organizational constructs and media – from websites and email marketing campaigns to creating training materials and features for lifestyle magazines, from non-profits to corporations. I also worked as Director of Global Coach Training for the first online coach training academy – an interrupter in that space, and trained thousands of coach students in 90 countries. Prior to that I held a cabinet position in the NYS Legislature widely acknowledged for my intuitive understanding of people and their motivators which I enlisted to build winning (literally) cross functional teams throughout NYS. I currently coach and train leaders for Blanchard Coaching, CoachA, Coachhub, and run a Chief.com cohort of C-suite women. I just finished supporting 44 new business startups through the Live Your Message platform. I am familiar with several psychometric assessments and vision statement approaches.
