Biography
Naomi L. Shank, MBA, is the founder of SoftEarth Insights, LLC which provides leadership and life transitions coaching with an intercultural lens. Naomi’s expertise in intercultural communication combines creative practices in intercultural competency, organizational behavior, and coaching science with 25+ years of experience in nonprofit leadership and management. Naomi is passionate about helping others develop effective intercultural communication skills because she lives an intercultural, interfaith and interracial life and brings this deeply-lived experience to her coaching practice. At SoftEarth Insights, Naomi offers a loving, non-judgmental, “soft” space for individuals, couples, leaders and teams to explore intercultural issues and life transitions, unearth fresh insights and achieve their goals.
