Biography
I am a Master Certified ADHD Personal and Parent Coach who also has ADHD. I'm also a unique blend of quirkiness, unapologetic authenticity, and an unwavering passion for inclusivity.
I help students, parents, and adults learn to thrive with ADHD.
My coaching style is firmly anchored in several core beliefs, most notably the idea that no one is broken and in need of fixing.
My goal is to empower people with ADHD and those who love them.
I offer support to individual students, young adults, and adults who have ADHD. My goal is to help them shed the cloak of ADHD-related shame, to partner with them to develop the self-identified skills necessary to set and achieve SMART goals, and to offer resources, referrals, tools, and a nurturing community.
I offer support to parents of children with ADHD to empower them, help them understand how ADHD impacts their child's brains, and to reassure them that they are not failing their children. I provide heart-led strategies, tips, and techniques that have been proven to work with ADHD children.
I draw from over 30 years of involvement in parenting, caregiving, working with marginalized communities, people with disabilities, the LGBTQ+ community, and more. Included in this are my current roles as the Director of Volunteers and Mentorship at Thrive Community, Ambassador for Changing Work Collective, and Board Secretary of the We Exist Coalition of the Finger Lakes. In addition I co-host on the local Rainbow Roc Radio Show,
I proudly calls Western NY home, where I live with my partners, my 7 pets, and am known in the neighborhood due to my "big gay yard."
