Rose Rubin is a Team Effectiveness Coach She develops small business owners and managers into people who transform employees into highly effective, results-producing team members.
She empowers her clients to excel in their relationships with subordinates, superiors, peers, and family. Rose teaches leaders the secrets to high-impact, surprisingly quick and simple conversations to improve the thinking process of the whole team. The results are extraordinary. Managers free themselves up to focus on strategic planning, rather than the details of getting the job done. Team leaders and members achieve unprecedented results for themselves as well as results through others.
Rose has a long history of preparing and delivering lectures, workshops, and college-level courses.
Rose comes highly trained, with extensive corporate, collegiate, and professional coach training. She has used her knowledge and skills to develop others for over 20 years. Her background includes:
- Over 10 years and over 2500 hours of coaching teams, executives and business owners.
- Mentor and Assessor for the Neuroleadership Institute.
- Mentors coaches for ICF Certification at the ACC, PCC and MCC level
- Certified as a Master Certified Coach (MCC) from the ICF
- 10 years of experience in project management; most recently managing a team of 15 programmers and analysts (direct employees and consultants) with varying skills, and technical/cultural backgrounds. Rose honed them into a team that met deadlines, delivered projects on time, and exceeded expectations.
A BS in Education and an MA, as well as extensive training in team management and leadership.
